About James

I have been lucky enough to have a Chartered Surveyor as my father, so property has been part of my life from a very young age.  When I joined the RAF I moved around through many homes and experienced what it was like to be a tenant, with some good landlords and some not so good, and then I met ‘The Agent’.  As soon I was able to manage houses myself I was determined to avoid being ‘one of those Agents’, who make the whole rental experience almost unbearable.

My aim is to look after my tenants in the same way that I wish to be treated: in a reasonable and adult fashion, where honesty and mutual respect are the starting point for all behaviours.

I believe that “good fences make for good neighbours” and “good contracts foster good relationships”.  If you think similarly we should get on very well.
