The Business
After almost 20 years of being a landlord I have had many very satisfied tenants, no terrible experiences and grown the business significantly. I operate a full management service for landlords who wish to use an agent, and I act as a landlord in my own right.
What you can expect from me.
At all times: Honesty, integrity and clear communication.
As a private landlord: If you rent a property from me you will start off with a clear contract, that protects both you as the tenant and me as the landlord. You will have easy and reliable lines of communication to me, and receive a response in a reasonable amount of time. I will visit you in your home from time to time throughout the tenancy, to ensure that the property is in good condition and that you are looking after it for me. Where work is required I will endeavour to do it myself at the time, or I will instruct a contractor whom I trust to do it for me.
As an Agent running your property: Full management service provided including arranging for EPC, gas safety certificate, electrical periodic inspection (if required), insurance, deposit holding & protection, inventory and AST drafting, professional cleaning, check in and check out service, monthly rental collection. On-going maintenance and management of the property carried out, tax advice and invoicing given to landlords for whom I act.
